 Kettlebell classes are for all levels. The Beginners class on Saturday devotes extra time to drill the basics. This class is perfect for anyone who is new to Kettlebells or wants to fine-tune their skills. 

 
The Northwestern Building is in downtown Saint Paul on the corner of 4th and Wall Street. Classes are on the 8th floor. Bring your own kettlebell or contact me  and I will bring one for you.
