My Name is Fawn Friday

I am an RKC-certified and NSCA-certified personal trainer and yoga instructor who can help you lose weight, become stronger, more fit, more flexible, or all of the above at the same time. I am an up-beat and compassionate trainer who takes a holistic approach to health and fitness.

I have on-going Kettlebell Classes at The Press Gym in Little Canada, Minnesota, in addition to training clients privately. I work with people of all ages, with goals ranging from fat loss and general fitness to sports-specific or post-rehabilitation conditioning.


 

As a Certified RKC Instructor, I have had the opportunity to train with the likes of Pavel Tsatsouline, Andrea Du Cane, Mark Reifkind, Tracy Reifkind and Geoff Nuepert.
 
I have over a decade of consistent Hatha Yoga training. I am compassionate and upbeat, have a holistic view of health and fitness, and practice what I preach. I have a decade of experience practicing Iyengar-style Yoga under William Prottengeier and other senior yoga instructors. In addition to deepening my own practice with continued study, I also teach regular classes.
