I recently met up with Fawn Friday, a friend I had not seen for several years. Fawn was shocked to see how limited my mobility was. I was in a great deal of pain and had been for several years since a horse riding accident left me with my leg and ankle broken in seven places. Despite three operations and various doctor's treatments, I was left unable to walk pain free and had been forced to give up dancing, something my husband and I loved to do. Fawn told me she had recently been on a course learning the Dr Cobb method of joint movement, and asked if she could try out some of her newly acquired skills. Figuring I had nothing to lose I decided to give it a go. After a short history taking and assessment she showed me some exercises, none of which were painful and all of which took only a few minutes to complete. The result was incredible, I was able to walk across the floor, stand on tiptoes and walk backwards, completely pain free. It was an incredibly emotional moment, I had given up hope of being able to walk properly and had resigned myself to shuffling through life in pain, I was so happy I was walking and crying and hugging Fawn, frightened to sit down in case it went away! Fawn showed me which exercises to concentrate on and the improvements have been nothing short of a miracle. I can now take my dog for a walk each day, ride my bicycle, walk to the local store, and best of all I can go dancing with my husband again! I recommend Fawn Friday and the Dr Cobb joint movement method to anyone experiencing mobility pain and I hope that like me, you can enjoy a pain-free walk through your life. You have nothing to loose but your pain!

I want to say thanks to Fawn Friday for helping me out last night with my knee issue before squats. I have been having the worst luck with my training cycle heading into Raw Nats and the last issue I have been having is my left knee. Its swollen so much that I have had to lay off training the big lifts for the last two weeks. Knowing I have to get back on track now to do good at Nats I went into The Press Gym to try and salvage my squat. I started to warm up and was ok but it was work. Fawn came in and when I talked to her I told her about my bum knee. She took me into the next room and had me preform some very simple movments with my foot and how to get my knee adjusted. It was such a simple movement I am not going to kid you I thought what she wanted me to do was crazy and did not believe it would do anything. I come from the train of thought that if it doesn't hurt.. it doesn't work.
WRONG! I went back to squatting and felt my knee was far more stable.. my decent was smooth and the pain was almost nothing compared to what I started with. Plus I was able to do more weight then I planned to do before. I hit a 605 for one where just the week before I could not sit in my chair without pain. Today my knee is still a little tender, but its clear what Fawn did help get my knee back on track and I just might be able to hit that PR at Raw nats. Thank you Fawn.. thank you a million!
I was having some upper back/shoulder pain from a recent kettlebell injury (my fault). Fawn not only cured the pain in my shoulder, she diagnosed and set me on a treatment schedule for some movement problems that stemmed from a childhood injury. She also gave me some solid fundamental advice for balancing my body from heavy kettlebell training that I know is going to both increase my performance and make me feel better all around. She is very thorough and concise with the movement screenings and I felt that she did a better job of understanding my shoulder pain than both the chiropractor and M.D. that I met with previously. And after meeting with her the strangest thing happened: I had been struggling to close my heavy gripper for the weeks after my injury and after meeting with Fawn I clamped it shut and it felt easy! My whole body felt integrated, strong and comfortable after our meeting. These Z-Health practioners may be the doctors of the future.
